Structural characteristics

    This series of motor adopts box-type steel plate structure, vertical installation type with flange, remove the cooler or protective 

cover can observe and touch the motor inside, easy to install and maintain the motor; The rotor adopts cage cast aluminum rotor, 

one molding, can also produce copper rod rotor according to customer demand, improve the reliability of operation; 

    The stator is treated by F-class insulated vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free process (VPI), which makes the motor have 

reliable insulation performance, moisture resistance and impact resistance. The stator and bearing are equipped with PT100 temperature measuring elements, and the motor bearings are equipped with non-stop oil injection and oil discharge devices, which improves the protection ability and operation efficiency of the motor itself.
