YKK series high voltage three-phase asynchronous motor

This series motors with box type steel structure, can be observed its interior after removing the cooler or protective cover,and esay to be installed and maintained; The cage structure rotor made by once forming process or copper strip rotor made by mid-frequency welding process, improve the reliability of the motor; Insulation class F stator made by VPI process, ensure the reliability of insulation, moisture-proof and shock resistance; Temperature senor for stator and bearing, non-stop oil filling pipeand oil exit pipe, improve the protection ability and operation efficiency of the motors.

Structural characteristics

   

          This series of products is a new generation of square box structure high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor developed and designed by our company, the efficiency of which meets the provisions of GB 30254-2013 High-voltage Three-phase Cage Asynchronous Motor Efficiency Limit Value and Energy Efficiency Level 3, and can also be derived from higher efficiency level products according to the requirements of users. This series of products have the advantages of compact structure, light weight, low noise, high reliability, easy installation and maintenance. They are suitable for driving ventilators, pumps, compressors, transportation machinery and other general machinery and equipment in mining, iron and steel, petroleum, chemical industry, power station, water conservancy engineering and other industries.
