I. Overview of Punch Press

A punch press is a punching press. Compared with traditional machining, stamping technology has the advantages of saving materials and energy, high efficiency, low technical requirements for operators and making products that can not be achieved by machining through various die applications, so its application is more and more extensive. Stamping production is mainly aimed at sheet metal. Second, the working principle of punching machine

The design principle of punching machine is to change circular motion into linear motion. The main motor drives the flywheel, and the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear) and connecting rod are driven by the clutch to achieve the linear motion of the slider. The motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular motion.

There must be a connection point between the connecting rod and the slider for circular motion and linear motion, and there are roughly two mechanisms in its design, one is a ball.
