Second, the working principle of brick making machine

Block forming machine has a high degree of automation, can produce many kinds of blocks (bricks) and large output, and is in a leading position in brick machine equipment. An automatic block forming machine is mainly composed of a vibration forming machine (main machine), a plate feeder and a brick discharging machine, among which the vibration forming device is the core part of the block forming machine.

The block forming machine relies on vibration and pressure to form and compact the concrete mixture in the mold box, so the selection of vibration parameters is very important to the performance of the block. Vibration parameters include vibration frequency, amplitude and vibration acceleration, etc. The vibration parameters generally used in domestic block molding machines are as follows: the vibration frequency range is 45~55Hz; The amplitude is 1~2.2mm; The vibration acceleration is 10~18g. Generally, the vibrator is driven by a motor or a hydraulic motor. Two shafts with eccentric blocks in the vibrator generate high-speed rotation in opposite directions, and the horizontal centrifugal forces cancel each other and the vertical centrifugal forces are superimposed on each other, thus generating vertical directional vibration.
