Process Description

If there is a failure in the use of the product or if you want to replace any parts of the product you need go to the following process;
You should contact your sales or related engineers and submit the claim report with the content of product model, series number, and your dealers name if you buy from dealers, and failure description;
 LAEG service engineer will check with the reporters about the failure through phone or any on-line ways within five working days after receiving the failure report;
 After confirmation with the reporters, the engineer will send the spares from local or factory warehouse for repairing purpose; or notify designated service center to provide the service onsite or send LAEG engineers if necessary to solve the problem;
After the service LAEG engineer will make a call-back check to confirm that the issue has been solved;

For motor

01 / All products of the company are produced in strict accordance with national standards and leave the factory after being inspected by the company's quality inspection department.
02 / All products of the company are provided with three guarantees in strict accordance with relevant national regulations, and the three guarantees period is one year. (based on the nameplate date).
03 / During the whole product life cycle, the company can provide users with paid repair and maintenance services, and the specific charging standard can be negotiated with relevant departments of the company according to specific conditions..
04 / If the customer has any objection to the quality of the product, the company guarantees to issue a reply within 24 hours, and can send someone to provide on-site service according to the situation.
05 / In order to simplify the service process and solve product problems for customers more quickly, the company implements a graded service system:
 H200 and the following central high motors, all sales outlets can handle them at their own discretion according to the situation, and the motors with quality problems will be treated as three guarantees;
 H225~H315 motor with high center, when users feedback that the motor has quality problems, please provide the model, serial number and factory date of the motor within the three-warranty period. On the premise of informing the user service department, the user or the nearest service outlet can disassemble the motor for them, and send the parts with quality problems to the user service department in the form of photos for quick judgment and solution.

06 / Need to send technical personnel to the scene to deal with the situation, the company guarantees to arrive within 48 hours within the scope of not more than 1000km, special remote areas, can be agreed by the user and relevant departments.
07 / Disclaimer:
