Our company will carry out new employee training in 2023

In order to let new employees have a deeper understanding of the company's corporate culture, better integrate into the working environment, and enhance employees' sense of belonging and responsibility, on the morning of February 18th, the company organized workshops and departments to conduct pre-job training for more than 60 newly recruited employees.

This training is rich in content, including the company's historical evolution, development ideas, strategic planning, etc. At the same time, this training was also taught by the safety training lecturer specially invited by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau. Training activities have played a great role in stimulating employees' passion for enterprises and posts, sorting out strict work attitudes and organizational discipline concepts, strengthening the concept of safe production and improving comprehensive quality.

During the training, the new employees showed positive attitude. Everyone actively said that through training, they had an overall understanding of the company and future work, learned comprehensive knowledge, improved their skills and quality, and enhanced their confidence in taking up their posts.
